In 1976 we started manufacturing bricks in Numancia de la Sagra (Toledo), where we built a factory equipped with a Hoffmann kiln. Our daily production was 128 Tm.
Two years later we shifted to a tunnel-type furnace capable of producing 640 Tm, and we also undertook a total and continuous reform of the industry. In 1988 we decided to build a factory dedicated to making Big Format Brick, with a daily production of 550 Tm.
In 1990 we incorporated another factory dedicated to manufacturing Ceramic Boards in Toro (Zamora). In 1995, in Numancia de la Sagra, next to the other two factories, we started building a factory for Arabic pressed ceramic tiles, mixed and flat, and a complete facility for making accessories for roof peaks. The current production is 120.000 tiles and accessories, and we are still growing thanks to the demand and trust of our collaborators and clients.

Our factories grow together with our technology
In 1999 we began to build a new ceramic factory for manufacturing thermal clay blocks and accessories, also in Numancia de la Sagra. In order to accomplish this project we purchased a field of 200,000 m2 which was to be occupied by a storehouse for raw materials and finished products, a 30,000 m2 warehouse, and also the new company headquarters. We also acquired several clay pits in the surrounding areas.
All of our manufacturing plants are continually updated on the latest production techniques as well on the specialization of our technicians and workers.
The unceasing research
All manufacturing processes are completely automated through our latest machinery; which grants high production levels and a constant quality.
But our expansive spirit is making us begin a new project, which is to build a new plant, parallel to the existing one and also destined to ceramic products. |
